Going on a Trip

Get ready

1. Sit in a circle.

How to play

1. The first child says, “I'm going on a trip and I'm taking an...” and adds something that starts with A.
2. The next child repeats the A item and adds a B item: “I'm going on a trip and I'm taking an apple and a ball.”
3. The third child repeats both and adds a C item, and so on around the circle.
4. Keep going until the group has made it through the whole alphabet.
